Marc Anthony Is Offering His Livestream Concert for Free After Technical Difficulties Nixed Original Event - Billboard

Now, tickets will be refunded, and fans will be able to watch the show at their leisure, free of charge, for 24 hours beginning at 5 p.m. ET Sunday (April 18).

"I have demanded that the promoter of the show provide full refunds to all ticket buyers and that they begin that process today," posted Anthony on his social media. "I also want to tell you that since I promised you a concert, I am giving you one: The recorded version of the entire show that you were not able to watch last night will be presented totally free (Gratis!) on my YouTube channel. The concert will premiere today, Sunday April 18th, at 5 pm ET (available for 24 hours)."

"Una Noche" was slated to stream on Maestro, the same platform that supported the Billie Eilish and Tim McGraw shows last year. The platform has yet to issue a statement.

The concert had been produced and promoted worldwide by event promotion company Loud and Live. In turn, they hired the services of Maestro, given the platform's expertise.  Expectations were high, as Anthony is a dynamic performer and one of Latin music's biggest ticket sellers; this was to be his only livestream. Although official reports on ticket sales were not available, it's estimated that well over 100,000 tickets were sold, and Daddy Yankee was slated to come in as a guest artist.

But the evening of the livestream, Maestro's platform faltered and the show was never able to stream.
